Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products purchased from our website.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product should not have been tried, tested, or tampered with.

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@cosmoearth.in with your order number and reason for the return. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup requests are typically arranged within 24–48 hours.

Pickup is generally completed within 4–5 working days, depending on your location.

Once the product is collected, the delivery executive will provide a pickup invoice. Please share a clear photograph of this invoice with us at contact@cosmoearth.in.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

Used or opened products

Products with tampered packaging

Products sold as Kit, Set, or Combo (partial or complete)

Products purchased from the Clearance Section, unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refund processing may take up to 15 days after we receive the returned product.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving the required bank details.

After the refund is initiated, it may take 3–5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
